Applications for the 2008 program are no longer being accepted. The deadline for submitting applications was March 1, 2008. Notification informing applicants whether or not they will receive an audition will be mailed by March 7th. Those receiving an audition time will be asked to play or sing on either Saturday, March 15th or Sunday, March 16th, and audition results will be mailed the first week of April.

Please see the timeline at the right for more 2008 dates and deadlines. Applications are first reviewed to determine if eligibility guidelines have been met. (See the FAQ for an explanation of eligibility.) Those applicants who are eligible will be scheduled for an audition on either day of the two-day audition period. Audition times are assigned by the YMP office based on faculty availability. Applicants should reserve both audition days until the YMP office notifies them of their audition time.
